Conditions of return

Returns 

We will not refund you if you have purchased the incorrect part for your vehicle. If the part looks the same as the part you are looking at purchasing it may be totally different. Please check the part number with the Manufacturer prior to purchasing the part.

If we have described the part incorrectly, please contact Half Price Parts within 14 days of purchase to orgainse a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Additional non-returnable items: 

All Electrical Parts

No electrical items are available for return, this is due to the nature of electrical items. We cannot tell if you have connected the part to your vehicle. 

Returns (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Items damaged/lost/broken in Transit.

Australia Post offer insurance on items under 105cm and 22kgs. If you would like to cover for breakage, lost or damaged products, you can choose insurance under shipping method. If insurance wasn’t offered / other freight methods are used for your part, no insurance is offered. Please seek your own freight insurance.

Warranty

There are no warranties on the parts sold by Half Price parts. 

We will not be liable to you for indirect and consequential loss (including without limitation for loss of revenue, loss of profits, failure to realise expected profits or savings and any other commercial or economic loss of any kind) or loss or corruption of data, in contract, tort, under any statute or otherwise (including negligence) arising from or connected to the site or the product.
